Empowering Therapeutic Conversations and Resources for Civic Engagement

We are creating a welcoming space where women leaders will engage in open, heartfelt conversations about staying connected during election season while prioritizing emotional well-being. These discussions will highlight the importance of civic participation and explore meaningful strategies for managing stress and fostering inner peace in a politically charged environment. We will provide empowering resources, including mental health support, information on voting rights, and key election materials—offering women the tools they need to stay informed and involved without becoming overwhelmed.
